First steps

The most important thing in the development and improvement of your skills and equipment is, of course, the training process. It is very important that training takes place 3-4 times a week and takes about 1.5-2 hours. Skipping workouts is not recommended.

The next step will be to find a suitable sports form, that is, volleyball sneakers and a ball will be required, as well as a convenient form in which the player will be able to freely perform all the necessary movements and be in comfort. This is followed by a search for a suitable sports volleyball court, where, in fact, will be training. It can be some kind of volleyball section or a gym (beach volleyball can also be included here as a training ground).
